Lack of Portuguese Language Support on MusicBrainz

Hi, I noticed that there is no option to use the MusicBrainz website in Portuguese (Brazil). As a native Portuguese speaker, it would be very helpful to have the interface available in my language. Are there any plans to add Portuguese in the future, or is there a way I can contribute to the translation efforts?
